Each emperor created a pyramid for themselves and their queens when they were alive. Some took up to 20 years to complete.  There are various types of Pyramids, large and small. In the pyramids, there are secret shafts which are believed to be the path for God's angels. They are highly technical, i.e. there are special arrangements of sunlight and air passage.

The emperors were buried with a lot of treasure believed to help them being royal in the God's place too. Just because of this treasure, many of the great Pyramids were looted and destroyed since the treasure were kept at the most secured position within the Pyramids.
